The Board of Directors, representing the “owners” of the Foundation, shall be made up of family members. They shall appoint a chair person from amongst themselves. Although the Haggar Family are the owners of the Foundation, they have entrusted its policy and management to the Board of Trustees.
On the advice and recommendation of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors shall formally appoint members of the Board of Trustees. Members of the Board of Trustees shall nominate from amongst themselves the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board.
The meeting frequency of the Board of Directors is annually.
