The Financial Committee
Members:
The Financial Committee comprises two members of the Board of Trustees, the Chief Financial Officer from Haggar Holding Company and Haggar Foundation’s Executive Manager
Role:
The Financial Committee is to manage the treasury function of HF, keep and publish financial reports, including the preparation of audited accounts while ensuring adequate controls and systems are in place.
Meetings:
The meeting frequency of the Financial Committee is monthly.
Reporting Line: The Financial Committee reports to the Executive Committee
